This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User" or "You") and Insunt System, a company incorporated in Zimbabwe , governing your use of the software application ("ADDE") that imports invoices from QuickBooks Online.
By installing or using the Application, You agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement. If You do not agree, do not use the Application.
1. 📦 License Grant
Insunt System grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application solely for your internal business purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
2. 🚫 Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application.
- Redistribute, resell, lease, or sublicense the Application.
- Use the Application in a way that violates any law or the intellectual property rights of others, including Intuit Inc. (developer of QuickBooks Online).
3. 🔗 Integration with QuickBooks Online
The Application connects to QuickBooks Online through official APIs. Use of QuickBooks Online is subject to Intuit's Terms of Service. You are responsible for your compliance with Intuit's policies.
4. 📊 Data Access & Usage
- The Application may access invoice data from your QuickBooks Online account.
- No user data is stored locally or transmitted externally by Insunt System unless explicitly stated.
- Users retain full ownership of their data.
- Insunt System will implement appropriate security measures to protect accessed data.
5. 🔐 Privacy and Data Protection
Use of the Application is subject to Insunt System’s Privacy Policy and Zimbabwe's Data Protection Act. Details on data collection, storage, and processing are outlined in our Privacy Policy, available at [Insert Link].
6. 🛠 Updates & Support
- Updates may be released periodically and are subject to the terms of this Agreement.
- Support is available via remote access or email sales@insunt.co.zw .
7. 📉 Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. Insunt System may terminate your license if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using and uninstall the Application.
8. ⚠️ Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- The Application is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
- Insunt System is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the Application.
9. 🏛 Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.
